I am a freelance illustrator based in Rome, Italy.
In 2017 I graduated in Editorial Illustration from MiMaster Illustrazione in Milan.
In 2021 I graduated in Illustration from IED Roma.
Alongside my work as an illustrator, I run a screenprinting studio in Rome.

In addition to illustration, Sofia focuses her artistic work mainly on manual art and handicraft. In 2018 she founded, along with the artist Cecilia Sammarco, PADMA – a creative studio focused on Mediterranean culture.

Since 2019, alongside her illustration work, she joined several urban regeneration projects (SPACE TORPIGNATTARA, Rome and YOUHOOD, Morocco), to attend collective and personal exhibitions and artistic performances and to work as art advisor, botanical and interior designer for some kindergartens in Rome.

In 2020, she began working as an art teacher in various associations in Rome where she teaches textile natural dyeing and screen printing.
