Kunstteater is a collaborative project which engages freelancers from a wide range of artistic disciplines in cross-aesthetic productions in between exhibition-making and theatrical performance. Kunstteater was founded in 2018 by visual artist and theatre director Mathias Dyhr.

“All in the Houses” is Kunstteater’s largest production to date, and the artistic framework has been prepared by Maria Hesselager, Mathias Dyhr and visual artist Mathias Toubro. Dyhr and Hesselager have created the dramaturgical process in close dialogue with Toubro, who has created sculptures and exhibition scenography. The narrative about the Houses and the exhibition scenography has thus been developed in parallel and under mutual influence. The scenography is transformed over the exhibition period in step with the different episodes of the story.
