Jošt works in several organisations: he is a teacher at SVŠGUGL, a high school in Ljubljana with an artistic programme, and  also works as a mentor and a leader of different improv programmes for the youth within Društvo za kulturo in izobraževanje IMPRO (Association for culture and education IMPRO).
