Bakri Hemmami

Bakri Hemmami is a Syrian singer who was born and raised in Aleppo, where he learned the Arabic singing tradition and the works of the greatest Sufi masters. Today, Bakri lives in Denmark, where he is involved in various music projects, and he is widely recognized for his beautiful voice and great musical talent.

Bakri Hemmami learned traditional Arabic music and learned how to sing and play percussion in Aleppo, and then he traveled with his music to Denmark and then he worked on himself and did several concerts in several different places in Denmark and Europe. He has two bands: the first EKKO and the second JUMA with danish musicians and different nationalities.
